Big Gull Lake offers a great opportunity for fishing due to the fact that a wide selection of fish are available year round. Bass, Sunfish, Perch, Pickerel, Pike and Walleye will keep the hooks baited and the frying pans busy! The thrill of the catch awaits both novice and veteran whilst enjoying a good canoe paddle. Enjoy a quality round of golf at any number of golf courses that are within a short drive of the Big Gull Lake Executive Lodge. Bicycling, Hiking or Camping

There are plenty of opportunities to take advantage of the great Ontario outdoors during your stay with us. Why not consider bringing a mountain bike or renting one while you are with us. Visitors to the lodge may use the local trails around us. There is also a small camp site by the lake. Alternatively, the more adventurous you are, the more options you have. Situated nearby, on crown land are several islands that can be used for other camping adventures. Provincial parks are not far away. Visitors with the right equipment and advance notice will be able to arrange hiking, biking and camping excursions. Famous Ontario parks such as Algonquin park and Sand Banks Park are within a couple of hours of our location.

Beachfront & Water Sports

Our beachfront property is divided into two sections to be able to enjoy throughout the day. Our East side beachfront is ideal for an invigorating morning dip. Walk out onto the flat rocks, jump into the lake and swim out to the floating dock. A great way to wake yourself up and catch a glimpse of the natural beauty around you. The west side of the beachfront property is designed for you and your visitors to enjoy each others company. Whether you are catching some sun on our stone patio, watching the world go by in our tree house or roasting up some marshmellows, we are sure it will keep your mind of the business of the city.
